The Wüsthof HAMING KNIFE from the Classic series cuts and carves roasts, meat and ham - whether raw or cooked. Fruits and vegetables can also be chopped up with it without any problems.

The blades of the Wüsthof Classic series are forged from one piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) and, thanks to the special Wüsthof PEtec technology, are extremely sharp over the long term. They are characterized by their high resilience and long service life. The black handles made of special plastic are firmly riveted, seamlessly mounted and therefore extremely hygienic.
